 I have watched discussion program and I think that topic which was asked by a university student to the famous writer who had worked for Korean government at Ministry of Health & Welfare for 5 years was related with this sentence.

Hence, he said that the young generation has to interest in issues of our country and vote carefully who could change what their beliefs and dreams if they really eager to change the society.
