Is gun control an effective way to control crime? Explain your answer. I think gun control won\'t help to decrease the number of crimes. However, I think it helps in weakening crimes. It is undeniable that a gun can be a tool for self-protection. However, it can sometimes deepen some crimes that could be nothing. I am not sure whether allowing guns is reasonable or not. Though I am sure that gun control can control the level of crimes. Especially countries like ours, where accepting the range of self-defense is so small, the use of guns will most likely be judged as over-defense. Therefore, I believe that gun control can help to control crime in some ways.
