I honestly think that breakfast is still the most important meal of the day.

That\'s because most of the work that we do for the whole day happens in the morning.

We need a lot of energy to carry out all of our important activities in the morning that\'s why we need to have a heavy meal in the morning.

Eating lunch is also important but the food that we eat should be lesser.

In the evening, light dinner is necessary because we won\'t need a lot of energy since most of us would go to bed.

People who don\'t eat breakfast and eat heavy lunch and dinner are more at risk of having obesity and health problems in the long run.

Anyhow, this is my point-of-view when it comes to healthy and eating pattern.
