Citizens must follow mandatory quarantine and if they harshly disobey it should be punished legally. They have to know that they are exposing themselves as well as others to the virus in order to defend their unclear right. We should think about freedom again in the era. The government may not be able to confine them by force, but they may be legally fined or imprisoned. Freedom is doing what I want without infringing or hurting others. However, I understand that if the government just requires mandatory quarantine to the public without any examination it is quite uncomfortable. I heard that many suspected cases are still waiting examined and treatment system for confirmed cases is also still incomplete. Therefore, both government and the public should make an effort together. People have to follow the government\'s decision and the government has to frequently and honestly inform their actions and plans. And we should know that the final goal of all is the fight against viruses.
