Thank you for diligently writing in our composition board today.

A conflicting loyalty means staying loyal to a person or an organization even if you know that the person or organization is doing something wrong.

I think in an organization, loyalty is important.

However, aside from loyalty, there should also be trust and respect.

If you don\'t trust or respect each other, the team is bound to fail.

Conflicting loyalty is not good because it destroys trust and respect.

Anyhow, this is my point-of-view in this matter.

We are living in the society that there are many people, for example, friends, colleagues and neighbors.

In many cases, many problems that occur in the society mix with other\'s relationship.

Anyway, the relationship is hard to maintain the good degree.
