Yoncheon is one of the northest province in South Korea, which lacks the medical facilities. Dr. [이름] has visited there with her hospital’s medical service team a s a dermatologist. About 50 residents could see a doctor due to her visit and be treated with proper drugs. She also contributed to improve alienated people’s dermatological condition by providing her medical services and comprehensive care at KKotdongne while staying with them for a week. KKotdongne is a small village for people who were disabled and disregarded from their families in Korea. About 30 patients were benefited from her voluntary service. She has involved in the medical service to Joseph Clinic during her residency period. The clinic is cost-free hospital run by Catholic Church. She volunteered the medical services and did her best to give them some dermatological advice. Owing to her dermatological care, about hundreds of people who were not easily accessible to hospital due to poverty were properly diagnosed and given relevant knowledge as well as prescriptions.

Dr. [이름] served as an assistant administrator of Atopic Dermatitis (AD) Task Force to develop the Korean AD Treatment Guideline in2014. She is the first author of the related article. She is now actively participating Severe AD Task Force of Korean AD Association to help severe AD patients have benefited from the national insurance program.
She has involved in Urticaria Task Force to develop Korean Chronic Urticaria Guideline in2017-2018.
She has been an Insurance and Education committee member of Korean Dermatological Association.
She has served as a scientific director of Korean Hair Research Society, and an advisory committee member of National Patient Classification system.

She was actively participated in the program of ancillary meeting of contact dermatitis when World Congress Dermatology was held in South Korea in 2011. She is a regular member of Americal Academic Dermatology. She has attended a few annual meeting of AAD, JEADV, ASDP, ASDS, EADC, WCHR and ESDR for recent couple of years. She was also a recipient of travel grant in 2017 WCHR.
I would like to recommend her as a candidate of ILDS awards. I believe that she is enough qualified and passionate to receive the grant. This great opportunity will definitely encourage her to keep on building her international leadership and humanitarianism and serve as a foundation for her career.

Q5. Last year, a group meeting of patients with alopecia totalis and universialis has been launched. As a member of Korean Hair Research Society (KHRS), she has been involved in the developing the patient committee. The population of the patient committee are comprised of about 50 patients and their family members.
She also played an important role in a group meeting of children with alopecia totalis and alopecia universialis in Korea. This project is called as Green Hair Campaign, which is held by KHRS. The participants were 30 childrens and their siblings and of their parents and they were taught about the disease etiology and management and enjoyed activities . She helped all the preparation and progression of the event and supported them academically and mentally. All participants (N=) including the children and their family had a bonding time and shared their  sufferings.
