Almost 20 years ago, my family and I lived in Manila where we did not own a house.

Everything was pricey, and my parents had to work double time to sustain a living, ha! ha!

However, my dad decided to go back to his hometown,buy a lot, and build a house^^

Since then, we are not worried about where to get our rental fee every month, ha! ha!

I think all people want to have their own house for a comfortable living with their family.

That’s why, in my opinion, some countries people prefer to rent a house for accommodation since they think that they will not be able to buy own house although they earn and save money hardly.

Actually, in Korea, we have to buy a house even if we will not live there.

 In fact, the price of a house might be increased than before they buy a house since it has never decreased in Korea even if the owner of house had changed many times.

Hence, many old generations who had bought houses instead of saving money in their accountant earned huge amount money since they just lent the other people who didn’t have own house and got interests from them.
