[If you would commend someone close to you, who would it be and why?] I want to strongly commend my husband for work. He have self-confidence and responsibility to work. Always he want to appeal his own opinion and insist it with a suitable reason. The various idea and opinion between co-workers make better results, even it it can be a collision. In Korea, commonly junior just follow the senior. Whereas it looks easy and convenient way, ultimately this is not good for the development of company. Sometimes, I also learn the attitude to cooperate from my husband.
