The factory's owner always tries to reduce the cost in order to increase the profit.
The easiest thing that he would increase the profit is to reduce workers who is working in the factory.
It's because he give the wage workers every month or every week.
If the owner can sacks a lot of workers but the amount of product is not reduced, he would chose that method.
The method is to use the robot on the line of production.
The robot never complain even if it works a whole year without a holly day.
And the robot wants to get more money even if it works harder than others.
In the point of owner the robot is very efficient to operate the factory.
After the first industry revolution, so many people were sacked since many machines worked instead of people.
Nowadays, a similar thing would be happened in the Asia factory which the western company is operating.
The job in the factory is a simple and repeated job, the robot could do instead of people.
It's additional problem that we have to solve.
