What do you do when something became wrong?
During working in the office, I met it several times.
Whenever I met it, it was very stressful.
However, I have to solve it even if it take a long time.
Sometimes, I could not solve it and I'm very disappointed.
Unfortunately, we could not always get the good result and sometimes we have to face the failure even if it is not delight.
It is literally very easy to say without any experiences.
Nonetheless, we must do it.
And we have to announce all members about the situation.
Even if we announce the problems, I'm not sure that we can find the solution.

Anyway, many problems arising during executing the project would be solved sometimes.
Team is a tool to solve the problem.
Even if we belong to the team, if we don't use the team as the tool for solving the problems, we would be a looser.
Anyway, I think we have to use the team actively.
