When we get married, we need some money for buying a house. The type of house is various and so expensive. In Korea, even if its type is various, flats are very popular and expensive. I think the reason why it is very expensive is that we live in urban. The city's population is very dense but the area is not large. There must be some convenient facilities like hospitals, stations, stadiums, etc. And the city must have a lot of house for citizen. Even if the are is limited, there are many things in it. So, the cost of house in urban would be higher than in rural. And the typical type of house in Korea is a flat, it is called by an apartment. I live in apartment too. It is very convenient to live for all season. When I was glowing up, I hated to wash my face in winter. There was a little hot water outside but it was not in the bathroom. I always went out every morning, even though it was very cold. But in the apartment I don't need to go out to wash my face. But it is like a box.

Hi, [이름]!
I think living in an apartment is more convenient for people in Korea simply because the space is very limited.
In my country, people have the luxury to own their house and lots at a very cheap price because the land area is big enough to accommodate a lot of people.
Anyhow, that is the situation here.
I hope you\'re doing great.
See you on Thursday.
