Hard work is very important. But, If we want to success, I think talent is essential. For example, I tried to learn how to play the guitar for 1 year. When I saw the movie \'Sound of Music\', I thought I want to be a teacher like \'Maria\'. So I purchased a guitar and went to a guitar private academy and tried to learn hard. But I\'m not interested in music so the time that I practice the guitar was torment. So I couldn\'t do well than my University person who learned the guitar by seeing Youtube. So I think both are very important.

In my own opinion, hard work is very important. But, if we want to succeed, I think talent is also essential. For example, I tried to learn how to play guitar for 1 year. So I purchased a guitar and went to a music academy to learn hard, but I was not really interested in music so the time I spent in that academy was tormented. so at the end, I couldn\'t perform well compared to a person who learned playing the guitar just by seeing on You tube.
