Aside from this point of view, the rules are needed to established the order. I think all rules must be simple. But my thought is different with real-life situation. We live in the very complicated society. There are many events and accidents everyday. The events and accidents is not simple and many people want to get an advantage even though they are the reason why they happened. Therefore, many guides are needed to limit their rights or advantages. On the other thought, the complicated rules is needed for lawyers to make a money. The rules that is very simple make the necessity of the lawyer be disappeared. Anyway, to protect the poor power people, the rules must be. But in the modern, these rules are used to make a money for the powerful people. And then someone frustrated in that situation. All needs the rules.
