In Korea, it is a very important behavior. It's because people in positions of authority want to know everything. And they want to make a decision. In many cases, the decision would be determined by him who has an authority, not by members. This is to break and block member's thought. There is no creativity and there is no willingness. If we are in the situation during long time, we would be a fool. We could not think about something ourselves. We just want to be taken the command from the man of the power. In case of me, I'm also Korean, therefore, I do easily like that. It's a very serious situation. I want to change my mind to more voluntary. The time I have lived like that is too long. Therefore, the habit is not easily changed. We have studied in the rote education system. We have been demanded to remember something, it's because it is for an examination. In Korea, people in positions of authority think that they are superior to others. And then they easily command to others.

Instead of teaching your people to pass the exam and gain high grades, people out there should be taught how to live in accordance to the knowledge that they have.
