I learned 'tip off' this morning. Nowadays I'm realizing the importance of the tipping off. Why? The present age is the information age. So, It's very important how much it have comparing with other people. To be honest with you, I'm not social person to other collegues. I'd like to press them or be positioning the higher level. But as time goes by, I recognize I'm wrong. So I have to improve the mutual cooperation with boss level colleagues. I'm a little bit having a strong opinion person about the work. This character sometimes makes me conflict with higher lever coworker. I'll try to develop the harmonyship with coworkers, especially with boss level ones. After achieving this, I can use the advantage of tipping off.
