I finished my postdoctoral fellow well, and it was a very nice experience in my life.
Now, I want to do my research and teach students in my country.
I have a research goal that the dry processing technology of Korea will be the top of the world stage.
However, I want to collaborate with the research institute in Japan.
Research communication and collaboration is a very good chance to improve me and my students\' ability.
When I was in graduate school, my supervisor holds on a regular small conference with Japan\'s university because my supervisor got Ph.D. in Japan.
It was a good experience to meet foreigners and present my research in English.
It makes me feel the English presentation or expression is easier and improve my communication skill with foreigners.
Therefore, I want to give the experiences to my students in the future.
It will be competitiveness of my students in the society.
