Salary is a very important motivation to work hard. Too low salary destroy motivation. However, if the salary is enough to live my life, I want to focus on the objectives of the research and education. I hope to not forget the mind when I prepared the various applications and interviews. I think that humans cannot forcibly pull money, money just follows a person\'s effort. Unfortunately, not all efforts come with money. So, it is not good to focus on materialistic compensation. I think I have a strong desire to win fame. I believe that I can satisfy the desire from the rewarding of education and research. The rewarding will give me money too. I want to promote as soon as possible and achieve recognition in the society. It makes me work hard and looking forward to my future. Now, I think I raised one step, and I will meet many stairs that I never knew before. I am very exciting, and I already got a lot of energy to educate and do research. I will be a good teacher and researcher.
