I agree that wealthier nations should extend help to poorer nations.

However, the poorer countries should also exert effort in improving their own countries and not totally rely on wealthy nations to do the work for them.

Rately, All the world is getiing higher income as well as the gap between poor and rich.

As the research which OECD said, especially in USA Highest rich is contained only 5% but middle class has distructed rapidly since 2008 .

It means that the world is no more doesn’t working normally.
