A long time ago,I held a party to celebrate my 11th birthday.I invited many friends. They came to my house and had a great time.I also lent books to some of my friends.I believed each friend would get back the book. One of books was of my favorite series,Greek Roman Myths. However, the boy who borrowed it didn't return it after quite a long time.I asked him to return it as soon as possible and waited more.Despite of my warning,he didn't turn in the book. Finally,I became angry and strongly asked him again. He confessed that he actually lost my book!I was so shocked that I didn't know what I had to do at that time.He promised to compensate the pay of it or buy me a new one. So,I gave him one more chance. But,after all,he never gave it back or bought one.Remembering that time,it seemed like that I was so disappointed with the friend and thought it was no worth forcing him anymore.Since the bad event,I've been usually reluctant to lend my books to someone except close friends or reliable people.
