Yes, I think so totally. My parents have tended to eat salty foods and I also like to eat salty foods,too. Unfortunately,I have high blood pressure. I guess it was affected by eating habit. I am afraid if my kids will resemble me.I think that children's eating habits are influenced by their parent's eating habit very strongly.We need to eat more not salty foods for our health.
