[If you were president, what would you change about your country?]
If I was president, I want to change the document system for researchers.
There are a lot of researchers in the industrial and academic fields in Korea.
And the government financially support them as making research project.
We usually submit proposals to a government organization.
If we are chosen, we can get a budget from the government organization.
However, the formal report document and payment system are too much heavy.
We should prepare a lot of duplicate documents and the process step is multiple a lot.
So, we spend much time to prepare documents and sometimes I feel like administrative staff, not a researcher.
I understand that every researcher should be guiltless to spend the budget because the budget comes from the public tax.
But, at that time, we should know that we spend many times which we can concentrate on the research to make a paper that nobody watched.
