Hi [이름]! Thank you for accomplishing your homework. I totally agree with you. I guess the most difficult job is Customer Service Jobs. The job really becomes harder when we encounter rude or angry people. You really have to extend your utmost patience and understanding towards them. ^ ^  Just a note though; I\'m not quite familiar with \"emotion laborer\". I\'ve searched for the term, but only found \" emotional labor\". I hope you can enlighten me on this one. ^ ^
