Hi there! It's a good day again! Everything is going to be right. Of course including the relationship with my wife. What can make you feel better when you are angry or depressed. Exercising can make me feel better when I an angry or depressed. I have been exercising at the gym for two months. I really enjoy it everyday with my wife. Sometimes I drink some alcohol when I am angry, but I think drinking alcohol is not god way to calm myself down. I think that exercising and talking with family members are good ways to remove our stress. Thank you!
