I didn't know the meaning of the proverb so I searched the internet and I got to know the meaning. The internet said that it means a good behavior not just talking can inspire other people. I sometimes don't obey the traffic regulations and cross the street when the light is red. But If I see a elementary school student, I always obey the traffic regulations. I know my behavior which is seen to children can affect them. If I want to say to them, "Don't cross the street when the light is red.", I sould show them my real good behavior.
