But, the making process is very annoying and require time.
Nowadays many young families just buy kimchi in a supermarket or receive home-made kimchi from a grandmother or at least they buy salted cabbage and seasoned by themselves.
I think it is a kind of tradition change.

Nonetheless, it\'s very important to keep the tradition by book or intangible cultural assets.
It is a kind of history of the country.

However, at the same time, we should keep the tradition in some way to forget forever.
