Describe the mindsets of a millennial? I believe a millennial has a sharp line between work and life. Usually, they are very strict about getting off work time which is very different from upper generation, who the companies expected to be loyal. I think millennial takes importance to life-and-work balance because they have seen how loyal upper generation were to companies, and it was no use at all. Millennial are also the generation that are not afraid to express their thoughts. When upper generation were educated to be same as others, millennial were educated that they shouldn\'t be like others to have competitiveness. Millennial also had little debates at school, which makes them different from other generations. Even though it was not as much as schools in some countries in Europe or the States, it made them to be confident of what they say. However, not all millennial are same, and so we shouldn\'t generalize everyone to be like that.
