A concept of animals.

Koreans are likely not to respect animals' right. In my opinion, the reason they are not such respectaful about animals is that they used to own domestic animals for their uses such as agriculture, family economic or even a source for protein. So, they don't think animals as their family or pet. That's why they treat pets in a wrong way. Meanwhile, we need to think about the policy of raising a pet. In the US, they have to put the row on their pet in order to prevent from attacking others and should clean up their pets' poo so that they carry plastic bags. However, I've never seen those people in Korea. As growing the population having pets, the Korean goverment need to check the law about this topic.
