A fit mind!!

That the today's homework what I'll choose between a fit body and a fit mind is very difficult. Of course, healthy body is important but, a fit mind is more. This day there are many of the poeple who is suicide. A few days ago, a famous korea star was killing himself. Like this suic ide of the famous people has an effect on many poeple. In general, The serious social problem was caused from negative affectivity. Severe desprssion makes the poeple do exstremly choise. trying to think positively is very good attitude in life. I have beeng trying to this every day! Get a fit mind and a fit body will follow.
