A plan to produce aircrafts domestically

Korean goverment is trying to make an agreement to share the investment to make an aircraft with Indonesia and Turkey. In my opinion, they are on the right track since Korean goverment spends a lot of budget on military force so that they need to produce aircrafts domestically. Meanwhile, some people might think that they can't afford to invest a fortune or buy aircrafts considering their economic status. If they need to loan the budget, they should think twice. Unless they are in debt because of purchasing aircrafts, there is no problem since it is clear that all nations on the earth need to protect themselves.
