about cosmetic surgery

If my girlfriend wants to have a cosmetic surgery I will agree with her thought. I have positive thoughts about cosmetic surgery nowadays in korea most of the girls have plastic surgery.And comparing to past korean girls they are much prettier. i think it is great they achive what they want! But their are some people who are addicted to cosmetic surgery they just change their body into garbage they don't care about their body. I really don't like that.
