about discussions with other people

It is stressful to have discussions with other people who have different opinions. I am not rational but emotional, so I think I am relatively poor at speaking logically. It means that I should put too much energy to think about reasons. For example, when I am asked to answer the question \"do you think three or more siblings are better for your life or just one child is good?\", I will answer three or more siblings are better. After answering that question, the person will ask again like \"WHY?\". The word \'WHY\' suffocates me. The reason why I choose it is that I feel better with my sisters. It means that there is no logical reason. I just like it. What reasons do I need for what I like it? However, whenever I discuss with other people, everyone wants to listen the logical reasons. I wish they just admit my feeling. For this reason, I like talking with people who can have a pleasant conversation with my common interests.
