First I review last monitoring visit report and check which issues were not completed in last visit. Due to limited monitoring time, I have to prepare all things I can get information in the office about the site. I have to check status of patient recruitment, visit number of patient, recording of CRF and current state of study drugs from study website. And I set priorities what I have to do. The most important thing is to make list what I must do it at the site. After site monitoring visit at the office, I used to send any study documents or study items such as lab kits or study drugs if I confirmed with site staffs to send it immediately. After completion, I used to send email to study team if I discussed any issues by call, not email. And I follow up whether the site submitted any necessary report to the IRB in a timely manner. Lastly, I complete monitoring visit report within timeline.
