Q: You’re a customer service agent, and somebody called to get the number of your client, which is supposed to be confidential information. What will you do?
A: I will follow the policy of company regarding confidential information. I probably should not provide the number of clients to others. If I am not sure about the policy, I need to find someone who can properly handle this kind of matter.
