While I talked to you, I thought that you might not understand the unique culture of our team. As i said, our team had a get-together yesterday. It was a meeting for congratulating for the promotion of my two subordinates. As a team manager, i would like to have our team's unique culture in a ger-together. The culture is that we pour beer and Soju in a big bowl and our 7 members drain it to the bottom in order. I drink as much as I could and then pass it the next people. All 7 peple participate inceremony. Of course, hard drinker drinks much more than the weak drinker. Maybe, It sounds a little bit stupid to you.
