Advantages and disadvantages about contacting at all times

all employees in my company have naver contacted me at all times, even on holidays.
because they always tell us that taking some rest is the most important thing in our life in order to improve our work\'s efficiency.
A lot of koreans get a stress if they get a contact for work after they get home.
So, I think there are not any advantages in that situation.
In this reason, I really love my company :) lol
