To begin with, both individuals and companies can benefit from unlimited working hour of online shopping. Since online shopping is operated 24/7, people are able to buy goods whenever they want. In other words, products are on sale without a break so that companies can generate revenue constantly. Especially, small companies that have much less opportunity to display their products in offline shops can take more advantage of it. Customers also can be pleased with their so much widened options.
In contrast, there are several disadvantages of online shopping as well. Fraud such as fake products and exaggerated or even false advertisement is one of its problems. Anyone can be a victim of this kind of crime. What makes it worse is that many websites are based on overseas countries, finding someone in charge is almost impossible. It is harmful to companies as well because if there are more fakes online, less credits the whole business will get from customers.
