Recently,many people say that we should retake driving test regularly.There are many reasons that people said as like this with advantages and disadvantages.
Firstly,one of the most significant benefits of retaking test is safety. We can see the news about the car accident by a elderly person or the other person who has some problems with healthy. If we don\'t check their situation of health, we would face some problems inevitably. Furthermore, many people don\'t drive for a long time. Even though, they have driving license. So, we should check in the regular time.
Having noted the above, retaking driving license has some disadvantages, as follows. Above all, nobody want to spend their money and time. Undoubtedly, we have to waste those if we retake that test. It makes us stressful and hard.
In the last analysis, both retaking test have some benefits and drawbacks for citizens. Unsurprisingly, we can manage and resolve this problems very well. And then, we should follow new rules.
