There was one situation putting me in trouble. Our department have made just a week ago. So all members of my department don't know what to do. The reason whay my post was made is that there were too much work of Academic affairs and we've taken some from that. Today, someone of another department gave me work. I took over the work from him. Therefore I had to do what he let to do. But my manager doesn't like him. And I did the work which he said, my manager looked angry. Can I alive?

Hi [이름]! I think that is always an issue in a company if some people bother others because of their unfinished work. With proper jurisdiction I guess you can't do anything but do it even if you really don't want to do it.
