I believe that all occupations are equally honorable. In regard to holidays, all people should be provided same amount of holidays regardless occupations. However, if it is about annual leave, it should differ according to the career and companies. Everyone signs their contract before joining company. There must be written the number of annual leave in the contract. If employees agree an employment contract, they will sign on their contract and there will be a different number of leave according to the staffs.
We have labor law and each company has their own regulation stated welfare, leave and holiday work regulations. Working hours and staff duties vary from one to the other one. So, companies have to provide compensative holiday, if staff worked in holiday.
