An elite training system for athletes

In South Korea, most athletes don't have enough opportunities to have education during their school time since they just focus on sports. It causes many problems. For example, when they got injured so that they have to quit the sports, it is very hard to get into other fields which require other skills. As you can see a lot of examples which prove that is not true, it is not a good way. In the Olympics, many foreign athletes do a great job even though they don't just train the sport for their whole time. Sometimes, they work or study but they are really good at sports.
