When I was a child, I would wait for Chuseok. Every Chuseok, we could have special holiday food such as seasoned beef, half-moon shaped rice cakes, and various skewered food. I couldn\'t eat meat or special dishes, for my family was poor. That\'s why I and my siblings always waited for Chuseok and New Year holiday. But after I married, I had to visit my parents in law in the countryside every Chuseok and big holidays. It took five or six hours. And upon arriving I had to cook some dishes for Chuseok. I didn\'t enjoy the holiday any more. It was not until my parents in law passed away that I was relieved the burden of Chuseok.
