You have an urgent message to your manager but he is talking to someone in his office; would you interrupt their conversation?
Until now I could not interrupt someone who was working, even if they were not working but just had small talking.
Because I thought that behavior is so rude and didn\'t have any confidence.
But I thingk it is wrong thought.
The urgent message is more important than conversation, so I will try to report immediately eventhough they do something or not.

I agree with you. Sometimes we think interrupting someone is impolite but it would really depends on the situation. If it\'s an urgent matter, it\'s better to deal with it immediately.
