How would you react if a customer returned a cup of coffee to you, saying that they didn't like it? first of all I apology to customer and then I will ask why this coffee is not good. when customer talk about the problem I catch customers taste I will make a new coffee which is suitable the customer. Tell me about a time when you had to provide excellent customer service recently? last year I prepared a big event for my students and their parents. I worked overtime to prepare the event. during event I also had counseling time with children and their parents. it was a great idea to know each other teacher, student and parents.
