Are humans better at creation or destruction?

Humans have been guilty in exploiting our nature as the advancement of technology continuously increases. The good thing is that we make ways and solutions to cure the problem step by step.

Radiation therapy is working very well when the treatment combine with other treatment like chemotherapy or hyperthermia.
