Are men and women equal in ability and intelligence?

I don\'t agree that men and women are equal in abilities and intelligence. I don\'t mean that it is superior to men than women. They have a specific realm they can do well respectively. I heard that men developed the right brain than women and women developed the left brain than men. Men can decide easily and don\'t care about many things thinking logically and narrowly. Otherwise, women diverge their thought and make other items to think. And they diverge as well. It makes them not concentrate on the original thought and just be involved in their feeling. This is why they can do well in specific areas for each other. Men are good at math and science so they tend to get jobs needed rational and analytic thinking. Women prefer to get jobs that required emotional and social skills. But I don\'t mean that people are categorized as their sex. In my opinion, they are equal in their ability even though having different abilities and intelligence.
