In Korea, a flight attendant is still considered a good job and many young women are seeking an opportunity to become a flight attendant. There are some colleges that are run by airline companies and specialize in education for to-be flight attendants. The competition rate for entering such colleges is very high, reaching almost like one out of 100 or even higher. Without going to such colleges, you can apply for the job after graduating from an ordinary college, however the completion will be much more fierce. A compensation for the job is quite good. Moreover, they can travel to many different cities. In order to become a flight attendant, he/she should be able to speak foreign languages, having a customer service mind, and physically strong to do multi-tasks for long hours on the plane.
