Are old people actually wiser?

I hope you had a marvelous one.
I totally agree with your ideas that it is not always the case that older people are wiser than the younger ones.

Even here in the Philippines, senior citizens are not allowed to work anymore and people who are about to reach that age are sometimes forced to leave the company. It is sad but maybe the companies are just thinking about the situation of the elderly.
