My contry doesn\'t strict about the penalties for drinking and driving then America and Europ.

When you drink and drive, If your Blood Alcohol Content is 0.3 persent less, It is simple drunk that you doesn\'t be punishment.

And if a person is dies, he or she will be given only i yeaer of organic punishment, unless it\'s a hit and run.
