Are there some things that never should have been invented? What are they and why?

Most people agree that electricity plays very important role in our life. Without it, we can not use many electronic goods such as a computer, TV and refrigerator. There are many kinds of way to generate electricity, for example wind power generation, water power generation and nuclear power generation, etc. Among them, nuclear power generation produces most of electricity to need for human life. Even though it is true that nuclear power generation can produce more electricity than other generation systems, I think nuclear power generation should never have been invented. It produces not only electricity, but also radioactivity. The radioactivity is absolutely dangerous to our life, even animals and nature itself. some people say that this danger can be eliminated by restrict safety system. However this system can be useless by irresistible natural disasters, like the case of fukusima nuclear power plant. Therefore, I think nuclear power generation has to be abolished.
