Dear [Name], I think I am very kind person and I have a patient character because I am a good sales man now. when I was young, I don\'t know my character exactly. I remember I was not good man but according to getting older, I change to kind person and good character. when I met my friends, I didn\'t say about my business. a few month ago, I had a chance to talk about my business and my friend heard my telephone communication with my customer. my friend said, you are very kind and your talking is very polite voice. My job is a sales, so I need a soft voice and kind behavor.
